What it does
Syntax: cast 'Lullaby' <target>
A slow melody drops the victim into a deep sleep, breaking off
whatever fight it was in and leaving everyone attacking it without a
target. A strong will can throw the song off, and some creatures
cannot be put to sleep at all. Nothing but violence will rouse a
sleeper before the song has run its course.
