What it does
Syntax: cast 'Blur' <target>
The target begins to move so fast that his outline smears, and while
it holds he acts more often in a fight than he otherwise would. It
is the same quickening that haste grants. The effect burns off
quickly, though, and does not last anywhere near as long as most
protective magic.
