What it does
Syntax: cast 'Eagle Claw' <target>
This spell will give a person the famed Eagle Power, which helps the
person to fight better. The target glows with a blue aura and
strikes both more accurately and harder for as long as it lasts. The
bonus is generous but the aura is very short-lived, so it belongs in
the middle of a fight rather than before one.
