What it does
Syntax: cast 'Enfeeble' <target>
Enfeeble drags the life out of a victim in a single stroke, and it is
one of the heaviest attacks its casters ever learn. The harm counts
as life draining rather than as any element, so creatures that shrug
off draining attacks, and anything shielded by a ward against
draining, take much less from it. A victim who resists the magic
takes only half the wound.
