frost blast
Spell · aimed at an enemy · first available at level 35
What it does
Syntax: cast 'Frost Blast' <target>
This spell will cause the target to be chilled to the bone, thus
causing damage. It is one of the heavier attack spells and its bite
deepens with the level of the caster. The damage is cold, so
creatures that resist or are immune to cold suffer far less from it.
