What it does
Syntax: cast 'Ice Storm'
Brings a mighty hail down on the whole room at once for heavy cold
damage. It spares the caster, everyone in the caster's group, charmed
followers and immortals, and it leaves other players alone unless the
two of you are set against each other for combat. Each victim that
resists the magic takes only half, and anything that resists cold
suffers far less again.
