Made from a thick burlap-like material, this cloak is obviously well traveled.  Worn and tattered discoloration marks the lower half of the cloak. Every inch of cloth, from neck to toe seems to be covered in a thick layer of road dust.  Although the cloak does clasp shut in the front, many of the fasteners are missing or broken.  Nonetheless, the material seems to be quite durable and a reliable protection from chilled climates.
