The Golden Centipede Master is teaching his quick strike technique.

The Golden Centipede Master is so quick that he has become an expert at a defensive technique called the "sticking touch", which he demonstrates here with his student.  By lightly placing his hand on an opponent, he can cause it to follow their every move.  As long as he keeps this contact unbroken, his remaining limbs can hit with much greater accuracy because the sticking touch allows him to anticipate every maneuver of his opponent.
