A troll servant is busily chopping away at something on the butcher block.

Busy working hard cutting up something on the butcherblock table, the troll is the personal servant of Gleefisch the butcher.  She looks thin and frail with long spindly arms and legs to match however there are powerful claws attached to those long fingers and three-toed feet.  Her skin is putrid grey and a writhing mass of hairlike, greenish black something grows out of her skull.
