Karinos seems to be unhappy about the trainees progress.
He looks quite old, even for a titan. He is short, and his hair has turned to white. His eyes are tired and the look in his eyes show the disappointment about his current trainees. His body is covered with mithril armor and leggings, and boots made of scales of a dragon. Most special about his equipment however is his weapon.
