The animated corpse of a guard dog stares blankly at a random point.

The dog was obviously dead for quite some time before being reanimated. Its skin is mostly stretched and rotting.  There is very little meat on its bones and in some spots yellowing shards of bone can be seen sticking out from beneath the skin.  Once a fearsome predator, this poor dog is now nothing more than a stinking pile of festering skin and bone.
