a scarred harpy

A scarred harpy circles predatorily above.

Long before one gazes upon the hideous yet youthful features of this partially human harpy, a smell, so foul and dank one can hardly control nausea, immerses the senses and causes the eyes to water.  A large weeping scar runs from left eye to the scabbed and loosely toothed mouth on this black haired head, which should be seen on a young woman's body.  This body is human only in the bare breasted front.  A large pair of vulture wings grows from her back and is covered in lice infested black plumage as are her hips, back and tail feathers.  Long brazen orange talons make up her feet and hands.  She shrieks a high piercing cry and takes flight circling the trees looking for the best angle of attack.
