Malebolge is ancient beyond the count of years. He chooses to appear on this plane of existence as a wrinkled old man with a stooped back. Aside from his glowing red eyes and the fact that he is levitating in mid-air, he appears as any other old human male would. Malebolge is one of the most powerful of gods, representing death, decay, disease, and chaotic evil. He is the patron god of Assassins and the chaotic evil alignment.
